I'm an Organisational and Coaching psychologist with a decade of experience helping leaders shape cultures where people can thrive. I founded Value Work Ltd. to support organisations that care deeply about their impact and the people who make it possible.

My approach blends evidence-based psychology with practical leadership insight. Whether I'm working alongside executives to strengthen psychological safety, guiding teams through change, or co-designing leadership frameworks, I bring clarity, curiosity, and a calm, systems-informed perspective.

I've held senior roles in complex public sector environments and now consult across sectors. My focus is always on what creates genuine value: trusting relationships, courageous leadership, and work that supports both performance and wellbeing.
